Check your inventory. They also only appear I believe if you're on the quest. This has never been reported by any other user. If you still can't find them, upload your save. Do so within 3 days.

Would it be possible to leave this bug report open until I try to recreate it on the new version?
There is a bug between the Antipreg and the Birth Control Pills items, already reported in 0002012: I would like to test if this bug is related.

This bug has been fixed in version 0.19. The report is a duplicate of 0002012 and is now closed.
