Master Somrak after the second panty quest (the electro clit). You never get the notification about going to see Somrak again, and every single time you see him he tells you he has nothing to teach you. This also makes the fight with Dexter next to impossible as your dexterity isnt high enough.
If there's another way to distract Jenny thats now in the game please let us know. If not, please patch it up. Roxxys tits are riding on it!
Also, as someone else reported already, everytime you try to adopt the cat the game goes to the main menu.
