I have the same problem i cant return the stolen goods to harold i followed the intruction to 1st play mia’s storyline before anything else to the point where harold told me that the robber might be at the park after that i caught the robber at eric’s and i talk to harold for the dinner quest and blabla need to return stolen goods and i talk to the robber and and talk to eric and talk to the robber again then he told me where to find the stolen G then i went to get it after i got it i returned to harold nothing happened its still blocked for some reason i restarted the game several time i havent completer other stories i focused on mia’s storyline the admin said it was fixed in an update by doing mia’s quest but it didnt. Sorry for the wrong grammar and wrong spelling. |

This is a duplicate bug report. Please review bug reports before submitting a new one. Fixed in future update. The fix is to focus on Mia's story until you hand to loot over to Harold. If you catch the thief before you do this, it will block the game. |
