Description	i found the keypad code in mrs smiths desk but and entered miss okitas office but now when i see her she keeps asking if i had any luck getting into her office

If she's reset to asking you to get the code, this is a bug that is fixed in a future update. Reload a save from before you started her quest chain, then focus solely on her until completion without saving.
