Summary	0000844: Cant return stolen goods for Harold
Description	I`m being supposed to bring back the stolen goods,so Harold can join the family Diner But even though i caught Larry, convinced him to tell me where the goods are and collecting them, nobody wants them. I never finished Mia`s story before, so im not entirely sure whats supposed to happen, but noone in the precinct wants them.

mil578 2018-07-30 05:13 updater ~0000893	This is a duplicate bug report. Please view other reports before making a new one. This is fixed in a future update. You can bypass this by working Mia's story line to the point where Harold informs you the thief has been seen around the park, and progress from there. If you capture the thief first, this can cause the block.
