Summary0000767: Available cash math not correct
DescriptionAs an example, I had over $600 when I went to "Make a deal" with Jenny. Afterward, I was at about $-300. The additions after working at the pizzeria are also not adding up properly.

I see cash math issues when buying both the bicycle and the scooter. The price of the vehicle isn't deducted from available cash.

Make a deal bug fixed for version 0.17.

Pizza money was fixed in 0.16.1
