Summary0000505: Okita's storyline resetting
Description- I was progressing on multiple teacher's storyline at the same time
- I had already picked up office access code (item still in bagpack)
- I did enter her office and get the necessary items for storyline to continue
- I did follow the storyline with the X-ray glasses
- I did follow her in her office
- I then worked on other storylines (roxxy, bissette, Ross & others)
- at some point, tried entering science class to talk to erik and had the intro quest event for Okita again.
- Now she is asking me to get the keycode I already have and can't get pass this stage.

Same. Windows 10. Started from beginning again requesting to get the passcode from the principals desk. The sticky is no longer there (it's in MC backpack) and when I return to talk to Okita she tells me time is ticking and to get the code.

I have the same problem, it happens after having made the serum. When I loaded the game later it resetted the quest but the required items for said quest do not reset, leaving me stuck.
