There's not much we can do or suggest with so little information. It works for us and plenty of other people. If you want further assistance you'll need to give more details on the problem, steps you've taken what you see when trying to run the game etc.

I too have this problem, when I'm updating on new versions the game is dont opened and i have the some logs for you

I fix it, if you have any translation on il versions you need deleting this.
