There are three piles of magazines you need to collect and have in your inventory: - Naughty Magazines - In the library's function room on the sofa. (can be collected before quest). - Fashion Magazines - On the table in the staff room at school. (can be collected before quest). - Super Manly Magazines - Being read by Kevin in the cafeteria. (cannot collect them before the quest) He's not always reading them, you will need to speak to him when he is. It sounds like you probably haven't collected the magazines from Kevin yet, which is holding you back. |
