It's been a notbug since the 1st build last year. It's also mostly a remnant of 0.20 and/or "future proofing" for later builds : the game expects that you still have 15+ routes' worth of stuff to do. So it tells you "go around town and do 1 of those other routes", but since we're still early in 0.21 content-wise, the phrasing is a bit wonky. For now. |
