Summary0003654: Okita doesn't recognize base liquid in bag
DescriptionIf you purchase chicken stock from ConsumR BEFORE starting the Serum quest, Okita doesn't recognize the item in your bag, and you are unable to complete the quest. If you purchase after, it runs as expected.

Same thing happened in 0.20 : never buy anything until a quest asks you for it. Weird they didn't fix that in 0.21, or you just randomly found the 1 time they skipped the fix
