This is normal, not all her art is updated. Check the "new" evening scene in the kitchen : it switches between the 2 art styles mid-scene. You can roll back and forth in the dialogue to see the swap |

As explained this is currently expected. Debbie and her route are currently being worked on and so differences like this are being fixed on an ongoing basis. |
