The 1 in the library is in the "lounge" on either the table or the sofa on the right. Kevin only has his in the afternoon, and it's random. The route is 100% doable, you just have to troll around a few days for Kevin's RNG to trigger. The other 2 mags are also grabbable (you can get the 1 in the library before the quest asks you to) And you can upload images directly instead of linking them from outside sites |

I've had the same "problem" and was able to do it. Every1 else is also able to complete the route. The route isn't buggy. If the library is empty, you already have it in MC"s backpack (you should have 2 if you got the 1 in the teacher's lounge). If it's not there (either library or backpack), your save is borked (doubtful). Either satrt a new game or wait for Stray to come out and tell you the same thing |

As explained, there's an element of randomness to what Kevin is doing on any given day. It sounds like unfortunately you've just been very unlucky in this regard, as suggested the way to continue to is to keep visiting Kevin when he's in the cafeteria. |
