Hit the time bar and change to evening. It's not a bug. It was the same thing in 0.20.16 : you're expected to go around town and do something else (another route for example). 0.21 is still "thinking" the game has more routes, even if they're not implemented yet. |

As Omnikuken explained, it should be possible to use the time skip ability (the top central bar highlighted during the tutorial section at the start of the game) in order to progress. |
