Which version of Windows are you trying to play on? If you open the directory where you extracted the game (the one containing summertimesaga.exe) are any of the following files present: log.txt, errors.txt, or traceback.txt? If they are, please open them in Notepad, remove any information you deem sensitive (they may include your Windows username for example), and attach them to this issue. If you know the make and model of your graphics card (if you have one) that would also be helpful. You may also wish to try updating your graphics drivers if they're not up to date. |

Ok, so i have all those files as "PYC" files. This seems to me that you guys coded this in "Python" and not "C++". And, I'm sure niether I nor anyone knows how to find that sensitive info you're stating. Also, these file don't appear in the location you stated as well. |

While we appreciate and thank you for your support of the project, and understand your frustration, we regret to inform you that there is currently no tier offering the benefit "permission to throw tantrums in the bug tracker". This issue hasn't been prioritised because we've yet to receive any information that can be used to assist either yourself or the OP. In addition to the information already requested above, you may wish to investigate whether you are attempting to run the game from a read-only directory or storage device. Without more information there's very little we can do to further assist you. |
