| Description | When you start the quest to help Harold, I think you're supposed to find clues, trap the culprit (Erik's father - but I know this from playing 0.13, at this point I didn't get to that part on Erik's storyline) and get the location of the stolen goods.
As one of the clues is "look at the park", I did go to the park, and I found and got the bag of stolen goods. When back to Harold, the quest just ended without clues and without Erik's father.
TLDR: You shouldn't be able to get the bag of stolen goods until you followed all the steps on the investigation. |
