When asking Jenny for a girlfriend experience, the following responses had her without a face and arms and the next without arms. I tried again the next day and it was fine. I tried again on another Monday and it was fine as well, so I'm not sure how easy it is to reproduce.
I saw someone else report a similar issue when handing over the father's picture, which I have done, but she was fine then. It's maybe linked to scenes in her bedroom overall.
