Summary0003189: Can't talk to Crystal in cell because Rump is in there
DescriptionIf you wait till after Rump is arrested to visit the Police Station with Roxxy (after the drug bust), you can't talk to Crystal in the jail cell. Rump is the cell Crystal is supposed to be in and he doesn't leave, even after the end of the main story.
