I noticed after a while that the dialog options about Italian Mafia dissapeared from tony's choices, and whenever i go back to him and ask about the tatoo he's back at his previous self saying he's not ready to talk about that with somebody he just met, despite the fact i got maria pregnant as part of the main story.
The dialog options should stay available and tony's behavior should reflect that at that point the MC is almost like family to him so he should be more open about his past.
side note to that, i completed main story. and tony still says the same about not knowing the MC enough, despite taking a bullet for him when storming the warehouse.
