I had a similar issue with Tina. I would win the impregnation mini-game with "Fertilized!" multiple times. However the call from her saying she got pregnant never came. At the time, Josie, Jenny, Maria, and Consuela were all currently already pregnant. I finally received the call after Jenny went into labor. Perhaps it's connected to there only being four maternity rooms so only four characters can be pregnant at a time? I will try using the debug system and force the pregnancy next time. |

I have the same issue, I waited over a week and no text from Tony. I would also win the fertilization mini game multiple times. If it helps I haven't gotten anyone pregnant in the game yet. |

I borrowed a friend's save file and managed to get Maria pregnant with no problems. He hadn't really finished anyone else's route, but I had. |

This usually happens when you save during the sex scene, or during the impregnation mini game, and reload that save to try again. That could result in the message showing they're fertilized but they aren't actually pregnant. For the best result, replay thet scene like normal or reload a save from before the conversation started, not during. @leyth, did you also have four people already pregnant, like Idkwhat2dooo? |

did some testing on my end, was able to confirm what kennyannydenny stated If you do save fishing for the pregnancy it breaks the check it shows you winning but doesn't confirm pregnancy. tested via save scumming and waiting a week to progress main story, the fix he stated works as well so if your going to save scum just save before talking to the person you are trying to get pregnant to ensure the check functions properly in conversation or during sex blocks the check. |

wow my grammar was bad the last sentence should state "if you save during conversation or during sex it seems to break the check when fertilization occurs" i confimed this was the case with no-one pregnant and the hospital was not even unlocked on that save |

Since the OP did not respond to my question, and these bugs are probably related to saving during the incorrect time (during the conversation or pregnancy mini game), or the hospital already being full with four new moms, I'm going to close it. |
