Summary0002754: Quests not completable with load from a 19.5 saved file
DescriptionReloaded from saved game. The quest item French exams papers not in Smith's house. Can't continue without them. For the Okita quest, the toad is not there. The flower is visible at night but can't be collected. I've already completed these quests but they've been reset after the load of my saved game. Other reseted quests work fine.

I believe this is intended. The developpers do mention that saves are not backward compatible.

Despite the effort to achieve compatibility between two successive versions, it cannot be 100% guaranteed. I therefore invite you to start a new game on the last available version.
