Summary0002653: Cannot buy sea trout, location not available
DescriptionStarted a new game from scratch, with cheats enabled.

Followed Dianne-walkthrough. At point 15. in walkthrough: "Next day, Debbie has invited Diane for dinner. Go to the pier where you can buy sea trout from Captain Terry, or catch it if you’ve already found the fishing rod.".
The location was not available, even though Debbie told me to fix the sea trout.

I had to go find the fishing rod to enable the location, even though the walkthrough sentence seem to say that the fishing rod is only needed for catching it yourself.

Also, it could be worth mentioning in the walkthrough that you need to talk to Debbie in her bedroom before you can see them in the kitchen for dinner. Even after getting the sea trout.

The pier location is unlocked when the main character enters Debbie's bedroom to see her diner outfit. Before a recent modification in the game, this unlocking took place after the discussion in the kitchen and the scene in the bedroom could be zapped. The wiki has not yet been updated to reflect this change.

So it is not a bug since the pier is unlocked when needed.
