Yeah I have the same problem if your not using the cheat mode this is pretty much a game breaking bug since you can't earn cash and you can't progress most quest without money. |

OK so I know what up kinda, if you go to the garden without shovel, the game thinks you have one and can use the garden normally but if you have shovel sure will get the Diane scene play that you have it but you can't use the garden and you get a message to get the shovel. So for now a work around is just to not take the shovel. |
