Summary0002597: v0.19.5 will not run on my PC
DescriptionEvery time I try to run SummertimeSaga.exe on my computer, I get the following error:

\\\\WDMYCLOUD\\rob\\Games\\Eroge\\SummertimeSaga-0-19-5-pc\\lib\\windows-i686\\SummertimeSaga.exe: Could not open \\\WDMYCLOUD\rob\Games\Eroge\SummertimeSaga-0-19-5-pc\SummertimeSaga.py.

I have tried this both with and without the 1-1-LT1.save file in place, and also both in normal mode and Administrator Mode.

Any idea what may be going on?

Put it on your C drive, and not in some weird file location.

Up until this point, all of my adult games have been stored on an external hard drive. I even downloaded and tested a couple of other new (to me) Patreon games tonight, which worked just fine. But yeah, Moving this over to my main drive solved the issue. Looks like my external drive is starting to fail.

This issue has been resolved, and the ticket may be closed. (I do not see a way to do this myself.)

This isn't your drive, it's an issue with renpy, the software we use to run the game.
