We only take bug reports in English, not Elvish. Having said that, this is an issue on your end. When you request a copy of the game, we issue out your IP a specific key. If your key does not match up once the download starts, we cancel your download. This is to prevent people from sharing and wasting bandwidth of Kompas Productions without paying for it. Your IP is changing between your request for your token, and your use of it. |
