Summary	0002436: [ANDROID] Problem Installing 0.19.1
Description	Everytime I've downloaded 0.19.1 and tried to install it, I always get "Problem Parsing Package" I don't have 0.19 Alpha and have no clue where to download it, since all downloads are 0.19.1
