Summary	0000231: Saves from .15.0 not working on .15.1
Description	I moved my saved game from .15.0 to .15.1. While it loaded, the quests were all screwed up. Maybe this is a bug, maybe not, but I thought that the saves were supposed to cross version on .15 going forward.
