So it's not a bug. The dev menu is not designed to be used by players but only for game development and debugging. This is the second time you post a bug report related to the dev menu, please refrain from doing so. |

It is a bug. If by some freak accident the park is not unlocked or even locked again, these two events don't unlock the park. |

The park is supposed to be unlocked only once during the game. And there's currently no reason for it to be locked again. What you just reported is not a bug, it's a suggestion for the dev menu, which again is not supposed to be used by players. The best proof that this is not a bug is that no other player reported no issue with the park being blocked. And even if that were the case, the dev menu is not a solution. By constantly using this menu (here you voluntary skip an event), you no longer seem to be able to tell the difference between what is a tool for developers and the players interface. |
