Summary	0001754: self voicing chat not working
Description	When I press v self voicing chat does not work but when i press Shift + V it's say "self voice would say" and when i press the Shift + V to disable i hear the voice say "self voicing disable. I don't know how to get it working, i have it for Pc/windows.
