Summary	0001730: Mayor's House and Yacht open without notification
Description	After leaving school and talking with Erik on Day 0, the Mayor's house and yacht become open locations, but there is no notification about them. Seems like something that should open later in the game. Maybe after the mayor's speech for the house, or winning the art competition. Either way, for consistency the player should be notified the new location is available.
