Summary0001671: Cannot progress in Roxxy's storyline due to interaction not happening with Jenny
DescriptionI have tried three separate games now and have gotten stuck on the same point. Jenny will not take $500 from MC for cheerleading coaching for Roxxy. This in turn, is preventing Miss Bissette's story line from completing as well. Have tried multiple points in Jenny's story line to try and complete Roxxy's quest, but no luck.

Yeah it's a known bug and reported like 30 times already, they're working on a fix.
