Summary0001647: Cant byu whip.
DescriptionGame dont allow to buy whip. Our characters said its no any reason for buy it. But it needed for quest.

I got many reports on the Discord #help channel about this bug.
One player said he was able to solve this bug by going to the church at the evening (and I suppose talking with Sister Angelica and Helen).

This is fixed in the next update. For the time being, go fail to give the whip to the Nun, and the next day, you can buy the whip.

Unable to reproduce this bug in version 0.18.6 while playing only Mia and Helen's route.
