Same exact thing happened to me. Everytime I talk to Jenny after give Roxxy her Pom-Poms, it appears the same dialogue in where I ask her for hekping Roxxy, she ask for the money, but I can't give it to her, |

Confirm that. If you make an "Advance" in Machines at the cheat console you can continue and pay her. |
