Summary | 0001539: MC says he needs to find a tree branch when he has already one | ||||
Description | See attachment. Could you ask the guy in the forest to stop turning the switch over and over? Steps to reproduce: 1. Progress in Ms. Dewitt's route until you have to make a flute. 2. Go to Raven Hill and take the stick. 3. MC says "[He] shoudl work on making the flute in [his] garage." 4. Go to the garage and take the drill. 5. MC says "[he] just need to look for a fallen tree branch." Issue: • We already have the fallen tree branch in the inventory. Solution: • MC shouldn't say "[he] just need to look for a fallen tree branch" when the stick is in the inventory. | ||||

In order to fix the bug, you can use the following code before the dialogue: if not player.has_item("stick") |

Moreover four popups - for the broken flute, the stick, the drill and the wooden flute - are missing when the items are added in inventory. I can't repeat enough how important these messages are because they accompany quests. | |
