Thank you Bouchmeister. I verified your save and the code; and I'm sorry but your save is corrupted. The code says that the old book is either in the library or in the player's inventory. In your save the item is nowhere. I don't know where, when or why it was corrupted. But other players experienced similar bug. The saving.reloading process sometimes acts in an erratic way. Without the old book, you should be able to progress in Aqua's storyline. The chest is on the island, in the beach location. The code for the chest is Octopus - Mermaid - Octopus - Anchor.
