That looks like something having to do with you running it from a zipped file in a temp location. The game does not support that. Unzip it to a regular location like c:\games\summertimesaga |

that isnt trying to run the game that is the error I get from trying to download it. |

That's still an error with your PC, not with the game or the download itself. The download links on the website are all good. If your computer is having an issue saving it, try saving it in a different path. |
