Summary0001267: Car dealership and Librarian book collect quest
DescriptionAccording to the the wiki your able to buy a car after you buy the bike from the mall I’ve already bought the bike but I’m not able to access the car dealership.And when I went to collect the last book from dexter’s locker I collected it but when I tired to turn it in it did it work even tho it was in my backpack but the still appears right back in his locker.

You need to unlock the dealership. There are 3 ways to do so. Progress step 2 in the Diane story, progress the Debbie story until the car breaks down, or just check the pizza flyer in your mailbox. The wiki will be out of date for a bit after an update.

You need all 3 books the librarian asked you for before you can turn them in. Once you have all 3, go talk to her.
