I've tried reloading saves and makes no difference. Also tried getting the locker key before and after the quest. no change |

Did you go to basket ball court first it wont appear until you speak to Dexter ? |

I did but but it didn't trigger the dialogue. Weirdly I was going through the roxie run and had to go their again for other reasons and he mentioned it randomnly then out of nowhere and it materialised in his locker afterward |

You need to talk to Dexter before opening his locker. |

You need to only talk to him about this on the basketball court in the afternoon, not on the track. |
