Descriptioni am a patron and every time i hit the link to download i get a error 403 firewall is off and my IP doesn't change but it still wont go threw

This is an issue with your IP on your end. 403 errors occur when you get your token from 1 IP, and then the download commences from a different IP. This can happen if you use a link with a token attached, or if you are on 2 networks at once, like mobile data and wifi at once. Turn off all data sources but 1, and make sure your IP does not change between acquiring your token, and downloading the game.
