Description | After Lucy's order, Diane appears tiring but still does back to do her milk business. Now the Goal Tracker says something like "Diane needs to talk to you". After I talked to her, The G.T. says "Debbie has something to ask of you". By following that, I went talking with Debbie but there was no opinion related to Diane. (I had finish Debbie's storyline at this point). So I checked the G.T. one more time, so it said: "Debbie asks you to drop something for Diane". Whenever I go talk to either Debbie or Diane, there was nothing happens. Did I do something wrong or it is some sort of buy? Thank you | ||||

Hi! I agree that this step in Diane's storyline is cryptic: you have to go in Diane's garden in the evening. Then click on the shed. This part needs a complete rework. |

Version 0.17.0. See attachment. Steps to reproduce: 1. Progress in Diane's storyline until the goal tracker shows that Debbie has something to ask you. 2. Go in MC's kitchen. 3. Talk to Debbie: she has no new dialogue. 4. Open the goal tracker: you have now a new hint: Debbie asked you to drop something off at Diane. 5. Open your inventory: you have no new item. 6. Go to Diane's garden. 7. Click on the shed to talk to her. 8. Diane has no new dialogue. Issues: • We don't know how to progress if we don't open the goal tracker. The goal tracker should only repeats the goals. • Debbie has no dialogue about Diane. • We receive no item when the goal tracker says we have to drop something of at Diane. • We can't progress if we talk to Diane in the morning or in the afternoon. Solutions: • In the morning, we should have a reminder to talk to Debbie about Diane. • We should have a button for talking with Debbie about Diane when she is in the kitchen or in the basement. • After talking with Debbie about Diane, we should receive a pie: popup + pie added in inventory. • The goal tracker should be more detailed: Debbie asked you to drop the pie off at Diane. • We should be able to click on the shed in the morning and in the afternoon, in order to progress in the storyline. The background has to be changed to a daylight version accordingly. • After the scene in the shed, the pie should be removed from the inventory. |

Thank you so much for all the instructions! Also, I found another issue regards the last posted issue. I replayed Diane's story a few times trying to find the issue. Once I progressed to where goal tacker says "Debbie has something to say to MC", I did not go talking to Debbie immediately but tried to go into the home at a different time to trigger the conversation with Debbie. So only going into the house at night will trigger the dialog with Debbie and she gave MC a pie. Then delivering the pie to Diane at Shed works. The story continues. But something I also experienced was: The goal tracker says: "Debbie has something to talk to MC", and we went talking to Debbie immediately during daytime or without triggering the pie conversation, The Goal Tracker shows: "Debbie has something to deliver to Diane". At this point, MC has no pie or has not done through the pie conversation with Debbie. If MC goes to Shed and tries to talk to Diane at any time will not progress the story :( And the pie conversation will not be triggered even MC going into the house at night |

Yep, it is definitely a bug. I took a look at the script and the code is missing when we click on Debbie. label debbie_dialogue_diane_debbie_drop_off_request: return That means that the click is valid but it doesn't activate any dialogue or action in the game... You're not the only one who's stuck here! :) |

This is intended, but will be cleaned up a bit. The intent is for you to talk to Debbie at night, as the game needs to be at night for the scene that follows. This issue is already opened with the devs from QA. | |
