Description	You are not getting it told by Debbie if you haven't finish her story. I haven't tried to finish her story first. And it for version 0.17

This is not a major bug. This is a minor dialogue bug. You are missing a step. Obviously you need something from Debbie. Maybe go talk to her, or hunt her down, during different times of day.
