Summary0000921: Patron Download!!!
DescriptionThis is now the 2nd times i'm sending this in. The 1st time my request was just closed with no response. Even when you put out the update I still can't download the game on my PC and Android it just keeps loading on your site. This is unfortunate because I really like this game but i'm going to have withdraw my patronage for the fact im not going to keep paying for a game I can not play. Please fix.

I can't reproduce this problem. I'm able to download the game with Firefox, Edge and Chrome.
What is your web browser and do you use specific plug-ins?

I don't think this is a bug but something on your side -maybe a firewall- is blocking the download.
You should also find the game download on unofficial websites.

Since the issue is specific to your connection, we cannot do anything to improve it on our side. Please prefer the use of ethernet over wifi when downloading the game from the official website. This report is now closed.
