Summary	0003864: Unable to download package
Description	I have an android, I've never had a issue installing the new versions of the game until now. Says unable to parse when I try to install the new package

I'd suggest attempting to download it again to a new location to see if it fares any better. If you still have trouble I recommend trying out #help channel on Discord to get advice from people more familiar with the nuances of mobile devices.
