The game is currently in the midst of a tech update, what you see in the Preview version that you've downloaded (21.0.0-wip) is the current state of that effort. The Stable version (0.20.16) is the final release using the older codebase, currently contains more content (and more bugs), and is available for download on https://summertimesaga.com/download.
