It looks like your persistent data got reset at some point, then you loaded an existing save and played through the update unlocking the new scenes as expected. This can happen on Windows if you have been playing Preview, then switch to Stable and then go back to Preview. Unfortunately there's no easy fix for this at present. In the interim you can tap the wifi icon on the in-game phone repeatedly (7 times) to unlock the cheat menu which will allow you temporarily unlock all scenes. It's not idea, but you may find it more palatable than manually unlocking all the scenes again. |
