Starting a new game, both the tree branch and magazines are ready to be collected as soon as you speak with Erik after the French class. It's likely that you've collected them prior to the quests that require them — which is perfectly fine and supported — so I'd suggest looking through your backpack, and checking the in-game phone for hints as to how to proceed. Similarly with the chicken stock, it's likely that you've collected it, but not spoken to the cashier about vegetable stock — which is what Miss Okita asked for — and so your Anon has yet to come up with the idea of presenting the chicken stock to Miss Okita to see if it is "good enough". |
