Your best bet is to load way earlier and not do the 2 quests at once. Or get the furthest back auto-save you can get and scroll back all the way it'll let you, and not do the 2 quests together. Linking your save in here might also help. It shouldn't cockblock you though, they made 0.21 better at handling conflicts like that |

I believe we've already patched this in readiness for the next release later this month. I'll update this issue once I've confirmed that's the case with the playtest team. |
