Summary0003479: Apk non-compatible with phone
DescriptionWhenever I try to install the app it keeps telling me that it's not installed and is not compatible with my phone. Can I get some help?

This is a result of newer versions of Android requiring all apps to be 64-bit. Unfortunately it's not feasible to provide an x64 APK of the current version, however this will be addressed as part of the tech update.
