Debbie's arc: She wants me to go to the dealer and get the car fixed.
Father's arc: Tony wants me to ask Debbie about father's knick-knacks.
But every time I speak to Debbie she asks about progress on the car.
Then I go to the car dealership and the option to talk to Josephine about the car doesn't exist.
Additionally the steps you appear to be taking for Debbie's route are incorrect, as of version 20.0 the discussion with Josephine is done via phone when checking the car in the garage, not in person at the dealership.
