Summary0002804: Bank and pizza shop staying locked
DescriptionSaga Financial won't unlock, even though I've cleaned the garden numerous times in the fresh game I opened yesterday. Also not getting the quest prompts that will unlock the pizza shop.

i had that same issue. the bank and pizza joint are moved to the main story. you need to follow the main story until you run into tony who saves you from the russian thugs (it was around day 20 for me i belive, it's random) and from there first the pizza joint gets unlocked, followed by the bank.
